Dr. Nina Shah is a hematologist at the University of California San Francisco who is helping lead a number of major clinical trials in Multiple Myeloma and has been recognized with numerous awards for her work. Dr. Shah also serves as an advisor to SurvivorNet. Previously, Dr. Shah was at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, where she also completed her fellowship hematology/oncology.

Dr. Shah has been the recipient of medical awards including the Janice Davis Singletary Fellowship for Lymphoma Research, U. T. M. D. Anderson Cancer Center, the Lyndon B. Johnson Medical Oncology Service Fellow of the Year, U. T. M. D. Anderson Cancer Center, and the American Society of Hematology Clinical Research Training Institute, U. T. M. D. Anderson Cancer Center in 2009, the American Association for Cancer Research/American Society of Clinical Oncology Methods in Clinical Cancer Research Workshop at U. T. M. D. Anderson Cancer Center and the Clifton D. Howe Award for Clinical Excellence at U. T. M. D. Anderson Cancer Center in 2008, and the Paul Calabresi Clinical Oncology Award Program at Columbia University from 2008 to 2012.
